Payment for the competition is $300 if payment is received by March 15th. Thereafter the competition fee is $400. Pilots staying at the St Nichols Ranch and wish to have the package of food and accomodation should consult the booking form for options. Options for Spot are also detailed on the booking form. Payment should be sent to Jugdeep Aggarwal at 122 Coalinga Way, Santa Cruz, CA 95060. Confirmation of payment will be shown on the pilot list page.
Payment should be sent along with the pilot reg form, pilot waiver and booking form.
Pilots paying for the competition registration will get the following:
Entry into the US National Paragliding Championships-Dunlap
Maps with waypoints of the flying area
Pick up from the Ranch in the morning and retrieves back to the Ranch in the evening
Beer in goal and beer at the Ranch
Chips and salsa at the Ranch
Competition Souvenir
Those paying for the full packing including food, accomodation and entry to the competition will get all of the above plus:
Cooked breakfast at the Ranch every morning from 27th April to 3rd May inclusive
Dinner at the Ranch every evening from 26th April to 2nd May inclusive
Accomodation in either dormatories or lodges with clean sheets and towels.
Access to all recreation facilities at the Ranch including swimming pool, lake, basketball court, and prayer chapel.
What is not included is: lunches and $20 fee for membership of the Dunlap club. Fresh sandwiches and beverages will be available on launch.
Cancellation Policy:
Anyone wishing to cancel their participation in the competition will be refunded at the following rate:
before 26th March: full refund
before 2nd April: full refund less $150
before 9th April: full refund less $300
after 10th April: no refund
We are looking for helpers to assist pilots on launch and to drive retreive vehicles. If you know anyone who would be willing to assist in these activities please contact the meet organiser. Volunteer helpers will have food and accomodation paid.
